CulturaFitness is a dual desktop and mobile app designed for a CrossFit and functional training center, enabling trainers to create, manage, and display exercise routines seamlessly.

The system was built to serve two purposes: trainers could design and control routines from their mobile devices, while the desktop and larger-screen displays showcased live sessions for gym members. This integration created a more dynamic and interactive workout environment.

As the lead designer and front-end developer, I handled everything from research and UX strategy to interface design and implementation. The process involved identifying user flows for both trainers and athletes, ensuring intuitive transitions between routine creation and real-time display. Using Figma for design and Flutter (Dart) for development, I built a clean, neomorphic interface that reflected the brand’s energy while maintaining clarity and usability.

A key design choice was the use of color-coded visual identities — red for bodybuilding and blue for CrossFit — contrasted with the brand’s signature light yellow to create balance and vibrancy. Though the project was paused midway through implementation, the final design phase received excellent feedback from the clients for its aesthetic cohesion and smart usability. CulturaFitness stands as a showcase of how thoughtful UX design can enhance both performance and engagement in fitness environments.
